Drug-Free Schools and 社区 Act
的 Drug Free Schools and Communities Act Amendments of 1989 requires institutions who participate in federal 学生援助 programs to provide information to its students, 教师, and employees to prevent drug and alcohol abuse. All institutions receiving federal funding are required to provide educational programming pertaining to the United States Constitution on September 17 of each year. All students are notified of campus activities celebrating Constitution Day.
